This page explains what happens to information you send to Paintbrush Landscaping through this website. We have written it in plain language. If anything is unclear, please get in touch.
What we collect
This site does not run analytics, advertising trackers, or third-party cookies. The only information we receive from you is what you enter into our contact form — your name and email, and optionally your phone number, property location, project preferences, and the details you choose to share — when you submit an inquiry.
How the contact form works
When you click Get Started, a contact form opens on this page. When you submit it, your information is delivered to us by email through our form-handling provider, Gold Dust Web Solutions (forms.golddustweb.com), so we can reply to you. To protect the form from spam, we use Cloudflare Turnstile; Cloudflare’s handling of that data is governed by Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
How we use your information
We read your inquiry and reply to the email address or phone number you provided. Your information is not added to any mailing list, sold, or shared with third parties for marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep your inquiry as long as we need it to maintain our working relationship with you. You can ask us to delete it at any time by contacting us.
Hosting
This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may collect basic request logs (IP address, request time, browser type) as part of normal web hosting and security operations. These logs are governed by Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
Your rights
If you are in the EU, UK, or California, you have the right to ask us what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Contact us and we will respond within 30 days.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
